The Georgia Bulldogs, who defeated the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets 37-14 on Saturday, stayed in first place in the AP and Coaches polls for Week 14.
Georgia earned 1,570 points in the AP poll, down two from last week. The Bulldogs received 58 of the 63 first-place votes, with the other five votes going to the No. 2 Michigan Wolverines after their 45-22 win over the Ohio State Buckeyes. TCU, USC and the state of Ohio round out the top 5 in the AP poll.
In the coaching survey, the Bulldogs earned 1,572 points, up 26 points from last week. Georgia also gained another first-place vote and now has 60, with the other three going to Michigan.
The Bulldogs’ next game is Saturday, December 3 against the LSU Tigers in the SEC Championship Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. The game will be televised by CBS at 4:00 p.m. ET (Buy Tickets).
